The villa is spread over two floors, connected by internal stairs, for an area of about 245 square meters. Park:
The property covers about 40 hectares of olive groves and woods, just under one hectare completely fenced with large, terraced and well-organized outdoor areas. The parking lot, with parking spaces for four vehicles, is inside, in front of the driveway gate. A short gravel driveway leads to the villa and the panoramic terrace.
